Games Privacy Policy
Lulik: Mahjong Triple Match · Lulik: Sort — Sorting Puzzle
Effective date: 11 October 2026
This policy explains what data is processed when you use the iOS games Lulik: Mahjong Triple Match and Lulik: Sort — Sorting Puzzle (the “Games”). Both Games process data in the same way, so this policy applies equally to both.
The Games are developed by Jekaterina Mitrofanova (“we”, “us”), who is the data controller for the processing described here. Contact: support@lulik.dev.
1. Summary
- The Games do not require an account and do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
- We do not run our own servers for the Games and do not receive your personal data from them.
- The Games show ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device and usage data to serve and measure ads.
- The Games offer in-app purchases, processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
- Game progress and settings are stored on your device.
2. Data processed by the Games themselves
Your game progress (for example, completed levels) and settings (for example, sound) are stored locally on your device. This data is not sent to us. It stays on your device until you delete the Game; deleting the Game deletes this data.
If you write to support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to answer you (see section 7).
3. Advertising — Google AdMob
The Games use Google AdMob, provided by Google Ireland Limited (for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) and Google LLC (elsewhere). The Games show:
- standard ads, such as banners or full-screen ads shown between levels;
- rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. Watching them is always optional.
To deliver, limit, measure ads and prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK and Google’s ad partners may collect:
- device identifiers, including the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) if you allow tracking;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version);
- ad interactions (ads shown, taps, completed rewarded views);
- diagnostic and performance data of the ad SDK (for example, crash and load-time data related to ads).
Your choices. On iOS, the Game asks for your permission before the advertising identifier can be used for tracking (App Tracking Transparency). If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown; if you do not consent, you may still see non-personalised ads, which are based on context and limited data. You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where consent is required, you can review or change your ad consent at any time in the Game under Settings → Privacy Choices.
Remove Ads. In Lulik: Mahjong Triple Match, the optional “Remove Ads” purchase turns off the ads shown between levels. Rewarded ads remain available if you choose to watch them for extra boosters.
Google processes this data under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment and account details under the Apple Privacy Policy. The Game only receives confirmation of the purchase from Apple so it can unlock the purchased item and restore it on your devices. We do not receive your name, payment card or Apple ID details.
5. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Showing personalised ads — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Showing non-personalised ads, ad measurement and fraud prevention — our legitimate interest in funding free Games (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Processing in-app purchases — performance of a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Answering support requests — our legitimate interest in helping you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Sharing and international transfers
Data is shared only with the providers named above: Google (advertising) and Apple (App Store and purchases). We do not sell your personal data. Google may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention and deletion
- Local game data: kept on your device until you delete the Game.
- Advertising data: retained by Google according to its policies. You can reset your advertising identifier or disallow tracking in iOS Settings.
- Support emails: kept as long as needed to resolve your request and then deleted, at most 24 months after our last exchange. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not hold data from the Games themselves, requests about advertising data are best made directly to Google; we will help you with any request — write to support@lulik.dev. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
9. Children
The Games are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If the Games start processing data differently (for example, new SDKs), we will update this policy before the change is released and update the effective date above.
